Daniel Gold
Daniel Gold is a seasoned healthcare executive and serial entrepreneur who has successfully built, scaled, and sold multiple healthcare, technology and pharmaceutical companies. His career spans leadership roles across the healthcare continuum, from venture-backed startups to publicly traded companies, with particular expertise in homecare, healthcare technology, and senior care services. As head of SeniorReach Technologies, he consults to healthcare companies on M&A, operational efficiencies, sale and financial management, preparing for a sale and value creation. Before SeniorReach, he led a large multi-state homecare company through a successful acquisition by a national strategic buyer. Prior to that, Mr. Gold led the operations and strategic growth of a two-sided marketplace for healthcare workers with a current valuation of over $1 billion.
Throughout his career, Mr. Gold has demonstrated a talent for organizational transformation and value creation, particularly in companies where technology and healthcare intersect. His experience includes pioneering roles in telemedicine, healthcare monitoring systems, and innovative care delivery models.
With both a JD and MBA, Mr. Gold brings a unique blend of legal, financial, and operational expertise to his work. His track record includes successful exits to industry leaders such as GE Healthcare, Bosch Healthcare, Tunstall Health UK, and Walgreens, consistently delivering value through strategic growth, operational excellence, and innovative business models in the rapidly evolving healthcare sector.
Peter Wilensky
Peter Wilensky is an experienced finance and strategy executive with an extensive background in healthcare. His expertise spans financial operations, FP&A, M&A, analytics and strategic assessments. He has worked in public and private companies, ranging from start-ups to multi-billion-dollar organizations, and for the past several years has served as a consultant, including as an executive at SeniorReach Technologies. Recent engagements include leading a successful sale of a large, regional home care provider to a national strategic buyer at a market-leading valuation, conducting due diligence on the acquisition of and providing financial advice for a value-based care enablement company, advising several start-ups in the home care space on establishing operations and serving as an outsourced CFO for a digital health education company and a health literacy non-profit. Previous positions include leading finance and operations at Inova’s Center for Personalized Health and managing corporate finance and investor relations at Zix Corporation, as well as working in sell-side M&A at a boutique investment bank and management consulting. Mr. Wilensky has an AB in Economics from Harvard College and an MBA in Finance and Multinational Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
