An organization which directly provides homecare products or services to residents of Maryland and/or Washington, DC. This includes Home Health Agencies, Durable Medical Equipment Providers, and Private Duty Providers.

Provider membership dues are based on Gross Revenue. The definition of “gross revenue” is: Gross total home care revenue for your most recent fiscal year. This includes Medicare-certified home health, all home medical equipment and infusion services, private duty nurses and registry services from all parent and subsidiary corporations in Maryland and DC.

An organization or business which provides products and/or services that support home care providers or that directly or indirectly relate to community-based care. An associate member is not a direct provider of home care services. Associate membership dues are set at a flat annual rate and renew on a rolling annual basis (i.e. from date of membership activation or renewal).
