Join us as industry expert and physical therapist Cindy Krafft connects the dots between these industry challenges and trends to help home health providers attain optimal outcomes based on intentional care planning and accurate OASIS data collection which ultimately impact agency HHVBP outcomes and STAR ratings. In addition, falls prevention best practice strategies and documentation will be shared to address and help mitigate the trends identified through the OIG.
