Nick Tasler is an organizational psychologist, keynote speaker, and expert on the art and science of making decisions and embracing change. He addresses these topics from a psychological perspective about the science of human nature, and he suggests a two-fold approach: one part method and and one part mindset. His methods deliver tactical tools as the vehicle to strategic decision-making, and the mindset element will leave organizations - and individuals - feeling empowered and excited about change versus worried and overwhelmed.
