While there isn't a secret sauce to ending callouts, there is an effective strategy to reduce repeat callouts. In this session, I will equip you with the skills, tools, and best practices to train your office staff in effectively managing caregiver call-outs using the 5-Step Quick Response Formula.

Nicole Haney is a dedicated healthcare professional and entrepreneur with a passion for enhancing senior care. She graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration. Her extensive experience spans roles such as Director of Investigation, Hospice Agency Clinical Teams Coordinator, and various positions in hospital systems including ER,Inpatient Rehab, and ICU. She has also worked as an Auditor/Assessor for Adult Foster Care and served as the Administrator of an Assisted Living facility.
In 2018, Nicole founded Papa's Place in Big Rapids, MI, driven by her
personal experience with her grandfather's Alzheimer's journey. Papa's
Place specializes in dementia care, offering a day program led by Certified
Dementia Practitioners to foster meaningful engagement. In 2020, during
the COVID-19 pandemic, she expanded the services to include home care
and nursing, growing the agency to over a million dollars in revenue within
two years. In 2023, she further expanded by adding an assisted living
facility.

Nicole is committed to providing customized, dignified care for each
individual, fostering relationships where everyone feels valued. She also
drives success through N. Haney Enterprises, offering comprehensive
consulting services. Additionally, she is a podcast host, business coach,
and leadership expert, dedicated to sharing her knowledge and experience
