  2. Develop processes in the agency that will ensure success during a survey
  3. List 2 things to avoid during a survey
  4. Discuss educational opportunities within the agency in preparation of the survey

About the Educator

Heather Calhoun, RN, BSN, COS-C, HCS-D, HCS-H

Heather is a Home Health and Hospice professional with 20 years of experience. Heather has an extensive background in education, and is an expert in preparing an agency for accreditation, corrective action plans, appeals, and all hospice operations. She has experience with webinars and has been a speaker at several conferences.
