CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of registration is subject to a $65 processing fee. A cancellation must be faxed or sent via email on or before ten [10] days prior to the event. No partial or full refund will be made within ten [10] days of the event or for no-shows.

Annual Meeting registration implies consent that any pictures or video taken during the conference can be used for conference coverage and promotional purposes. MNCHA is able to use your likeness without remuneration.
