Care Heroes founder and CEO Chiara Bell will present an overview of the state of the caregiver shortage in the United States, and how using targeted behavioral incentives can recruit and retain the best caregivers for agency leaders. In addition, the presentation will provide insights into the future of personal care and how health plans (Medicare Advantage and Managed Medicaid) are seeking to partner with preferred agencies to deliver non-clinical and personal care support to their members at home. Ms. Bell will also provide a demonstration of the Care Heroes mobile platform and how agencies are using the digital currency to achieve key operational metrics, create a caregiver-centric culture and engage with their front line staff.

We work with Medicare Advantage Plans and Medicaid Managed Care Organizations to engage with with most overlooked population affecting patient outcomes - the caregiver. Prior to Careticker, Ms. Bell founded ENURGI, the first on-line marketplace for private, in-home caregiving services. In December 2008, ENURGI was acquired by Univita Health, a private equity backed independent aging platform led by industry leaders Ben lytle and Hugh Lytle.
