Why should your HHA use CRISP?

Join MNCHA for this webinar exploring the benefits that CRISP participation can afford you.

CRISP is a regional health information exchange (HIE) serving Maryland and the District of Columbia.

Health information exchange allows clinical information to move electronically among disparate health information systems. The goal of the HIE is to deliver the right health information to the right place at the right time - providing safer, timelier, efficient, effective, equitable, patient centered care. In doing so, CRISP offers tools aimed at improving the facilitation of care for our region's providers.

CRISP tools include:

•    Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP): Ability to view controlled substance prescriptions dispensed to patients in Maryland and contiguous states, part of a Maryland state mandate to combat the opioid crisis.

•    Encounter Notification Service (ENS): Allows for near real-time notification of your patients’ hospital events (admissions, transfers, discharges).

•    Clinical Data: Health Records allows users to view lab results, discharge summaries, operative notes, radiology results and more, in an effort to improve communication across the health care continuum.

•    CRISP Reporting Services (CRS): Allows users to view claims based hospital utilization data for their patient population

Find out how CRISP can help you help your patients!
